STOP TELLING YOURSELF YOU'RE'COOKED' (BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT)

You Say You're 'Cooked' - But You're Just Lying to Yourself

You hear it all the time.

'Nah, I'm actually cooked.' 'My life is cooked.'

Bullsh*t.

Here's the truth: You're still here. Still reading this. Still breathing.

So cut the victim act and fix it for once.

5 ways to fix your “cooked” mentality

1. SAYING YOU'RE "COOKED" IS JUST A LAZY EXCUSE

It's the ultimate cop-out:
→ Lost your job? "Cooked."
→ Messed up a relationship? "Cooked."
→ Feeling stuck? "Might as well be cooked."
Reality check: You're not dead. You're just uncomfortable. Big difference.

2. ROCK BOTTOM IS A STARTING POINT - NOT A GRAVE

The most powerful comebacks start when people stop crying about being "cooked" and start crawling forward.
→ Example: You ever seen someone rebuild after bankruptcy, addiction, or failure? They didn't do it by calling themselves "cooked."

3. YOUR STORY ISN'T OVER UNTIL YOU SAY IT IS

→ Made mistakes? Welcome to the club.
→ Feeling behind? EVERYONE feels that way.
→ Life kicked your ass? It kicks everyone's.
Only difference? Some people get up.

4. SMALL WINS BEAT BIG EXCUSES

Instead of saying "I'm cooked," try:
→ "Today, I'll do one thing slightly less shitty than yesterday."
→ "This week, I'll fix one tiny part of my mess."
→ "Right now, I'll stop feeling sorry for myself."

5. NOBODY'S COMING TO SAVE YOU

Waiting for a miracle? Stop.

  • No billionaire mentor will discover you.

  • No government program will bail you out.

  • No soulmate will fix your life while you netflix and doomscroll.

  • No "big break" is coming unless YOU create it

CHALLENGE:

Next time you're tempted to say you're 'cooked,' ask yourself: Is this really the end? Or do I just need little break?
